Wednesday I hit the Wall…

Today I got to ‘hit the wall’ at the Trinity Climbing Wall.  Hadn’t done this for a while, and boy did my forearms scream.  I’m just warming up here and messing around with my belay buddy, Stephen.  But yes, we finally roped up, and made it to the top.

The sun today was gorgeous, it’s so easy to make us all happy isn’t it? It made a complete pleasure of the 30k round trip into work and home today, although I’m really concerned about my broken carrier.  I can see if I keep riding with it, it’ll break properly, but if I take the time to go to the bike doctor, I’ll miss out on something else.  Like tomorrow, I’m heading to the gym after work and then kayaking in the evening.

Tonight I’m up late, because I took my second yoga class – but it doesn’t finish until 10pm.   I love my yoga, but I prefer when stuff is on in the afternoon or evening, because I’ve got such an early start. (0600).  Still, I’m tired – but happy tonight.  Nite all.. xx
