Athena Media’s “Get Off The Couch” on Setanta, follows the adventures of six ordinary Irish men and women who push outside their comfort zone and take on a whole heap of challenges they never thought possible. The series highlights the triumph of the human spirit through determination and the desire to better oneself by capturing the personal stories, achievements, and courage of six ordinary people doing extraordinary things.

Teena can regularly be heard presenting the news for Newstalk, TodayFM and Newstalk Network bulletins on Independent Radio Stations around Ireland. She writes regularly for Outsider Magazine, RSVP Magazine, the Irish Independent, Sunday Business Post; and is a regular panellist for The Elaine Show on Virgin Media TV.
