Lovely time with TRI10 in Waterford. I’ve learned I’m more scared about coming downhill on the bike than worried about pushing up – but boy, you got to admit, they do hills well in Dunmore East.
The swim course leaves one beach and arrives at another – absolutely beautiful, I’ve got to come back here. Another thing about our TRI10 journey is all the lovely parts of Ireland that we’re getting to see.
I’ll say nothing about the mountain we had to climb AFTER the swim, to get back to transition. But I’ve got to confess, I think I rather enjoyed the run!!!
Next week we move our charity challenge to Co Clare 😀
