The Castle Series… Triathlon #02

Lough CutraThats the way to do it! @loughcutracastle #TRI10 #Triathlon
Two days after returning from the Camino, I’m triathlon racing in Galway with TRI10 for ten great causes. Would sure make my blisters feel better if your helped by clicking the link below 😃🙏🏽

It was amazing, it was hot and hilly and exhausting, but the Lough Cutra Castle Triathlon is probably one of the most beautiful events I’ve ever been at.  The team all did brilliantly today and I’m so proud of the whole extended TRI10 family.

Don’t forget – ten people, ten triathlons, ten charities: www.idonate.ie/tri10

Camino Chicks….

"Yay. I've got wifi gratis (but who knows for how long) so very quickly... thanks to @[100007362072705:2048:Vera Baker] for passing on the update. I made it to Hornillos del Camino today, that's 36,000 #Fitbit steps and 23k. The feet are no worse, and I actually feel stronger this evening, so the old body must finally be adapting. Looking forward to dinner and then hitting the road tomorrow for day 4... at 06:15 󾍛🏽 #CaminoChicks #TeenaOnTour 󾰀"

A Bit of Hot Stuff on the Camino…

"Day two done on the Camino, 45,000 #Fitbit steps and 29.5k but I can't say it didn't hurt. Feet just hate the hard, hot road, and everything that felt comfy at home in Ireland feels alien here, because my feet have swollen in the heat. I don't actually have blisters, but I have so many hotspots that I'm running out of places to put the blister plasters! I'm officially declaring my entire right foot a hot zone! Hey Gates is hot! On fire!! 󾓶"
